Rusty Nutz & Rodz is proud to offer totally free shipping by standard ground service to destinations in the contiguous United States on orders over $99. Shipments to AK, HI, PR, US Territories, International, and Canada are excluded. The qualifying order total is based on the subtotal of products; taxes and charges for non-standard shipments are not included as qualifying costs. You are responsible for special handling and oversize charges (where indicated), expedited shipping, truck freight fees, hazardous materials charges, etc. This offer is subject to adjustment due to returns, exchanges, and cancellations.

Oversized Shipments & Truck Freight
Additional fees may apply to some heavy or bulky items due to size, weight, or special handling requirements. These additional fees will be indicated on the product page as well as in your shopping cart.

Estimated Delivery Times
Most orders ship out the same day or next business day. Please confirm product availability on the item page, as some items require additional processing time or are shipped directly from the manufacturer.

Most of our products are shipped by FedEx or UPS, and these carriers will not deliver to P.O. boxes. We strongly recommend that you provide a physical delivery address to avoid delivery issues, delays, or additional charges.

Shipping to an APO / FPO, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, the US Virgin Islands, Canada, and other international destinations is available at the normal carrier rates.

The following map shows the approximate number of business days for delivery of orders sent from our southern California warehouse with our Free Standard Shipping. Please remember that weekends and holidays are not business days.

Unfortunately, not all products can be shipped to international destinations. The following are a few examples of items that cannot be shipped internationally: products shipped by truck freight, gift certificates, and unmounted tires.

Shipping Methods
Orders shipped by our free Standard Shipping option will be sent by FedEx, UPS, or USPS, at our sole discretion. Because FedEx and UPS do not deliver to P.O. boxes, we strongly recommend that you provide a physical delivery address to avoid order processing delays.

All packages destined for APO/FPO addresses will be sent by USPS. Delivery to these addresses can take up to two months to be delivered.

International orders shipping with USPS have a 70 pound weight limit. If you are unsure about the weight of an item, please contact us.

Expedited shipping options are available at an additional cost. We offer 3-Day, 2-Day, and Next Day Air services from FedEx and UPS. When using these expedited options, please remember that deliveries occur Monday through Friday (weekends are excluded).

Shipment Tracking
Rusty Nutz & Rodz sends an email with tracking information for every order that is placed using a valid email address. If you have not provided an email address, you can also access this information by logging into your account on our website and viewing your order history. If you require additional help, then please contact us and we will gladly assist you.

Damage Claims (FedEx, UPS, USPS)
Whenever possible, check the contents of your shipment in the presence of the carrier delivering the package. If damage has occurred during transit, please notify our customer service department within 3 days by calling (714) 485-4125. Timing of this notification is critical, as we must comply with requirements set forth by freight carriers.

Rusty Nutz & Rodz will manage the claim process with the appropriate freight carrier. Replacement parts are generally sent within two business days of receiving a claim number from the carrier.

If you initiate the claims process with the freight carrier, then Rusty Nutz & Rodz will not send replacement parts. You will be responsible for managing the claims process with the freight carrier, waiting for payment, and then placing a new order to replace the damaged parts.

Damage Claims (Truck Freight)
All shipments sent by truck freight must be inspected at the time of delivery. Do not sign for the shipment until you have thoroughly inspected the product for transportation damage (even if the box does not appear to have external damage). Do not feel pressured by a delivery driver to sign anything before you are comfortable with the condition of the item. If there is any damage, then you must mark "FREIGHT DAMAGED" on the bill of lading before signing it. Please contact us immediately at (714) 485-4125 if you receive an item that has been damaged during transportation by truck freight.

Undeliverable / Refused Shipments
If an order is refused for delivery or is deemed undeliverable due to an incorrect or incomplete address, then Rusty Nutz & Rodz will be entitled to recover the cost of freight to and from the destination.
